The role: You will be working on a uniquely broad range of cases spanning a large variety of sectors.
You will coach, supervise and oversee our junior lawyers, taking a lead role in helping the team reach its full potential.
With support from our inhouse marketing team, you will lead on business development activities, developing and running your own portfolio of clients and complex cases.
Your experience: You will likely be a senior associate, legal director or junior partner, working in an established specialist property litigation team. You may be at a point in your current position where further progression is limited, and want to take on a role with real leadership opportunities.
You will have significant experience in commercial property litigation, including complex dilapidations claims. Expertise in telecoms, residential and development work would also be useful, but not essential.
You will also have extensive experience of coaching, supervising and developing a team of junior lawyers, and enjoy working in a supportive, collegiate and collaborative environment.
You will be able to demonstrate a track record of involvement in business development (BD) activities and be able to present a BD plan, explaining what you would do during your first six months to develop the business further.
