Sharon is a partner with over 20 years’ experience, specialising exclusively in property litigation. Before joining Hägen Wolf, Sharon headed up the property litigation team at Ward Hadaway, prior to taking an inhouse role with Canal & River Trust.

Sharon’s client base includes property developers and investors, third sector organisations (local authorities, charities, NHS Trusts and educational institutions such as universities, colleges and academy trusts), lending institutions and high net worth individuals.

Her practice encompasses all aspects of commercial property disputes, particularly those concerning landlord and tenant relationships, in terms of contentious lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations, service charge, disputed requests for consents and lease breaks; and property law, including contractual disputes, disputes over easements, restrictive covenants, pre-emptions and options, and adverse possession.

Sharon’s practice also extends to more nuanced areas of property law including private nuisance, mines & minerals, the party wall act, the impact of insolvency in connection with commercial leases and professional negligence.

Outside of work Sharon enjoys travelling, spending time by the beach, and camping and walking in the Lake District and Northumberland.
