"Richard Robinson stands out for his true expertise in the realms of commercial property landlord and tenant dilapidations disputes both at pre-action stages and in court proceedings.  I have had the pleasure of working with Richard on many dilapidations cases since 2012, including some complex and interesting court cases, and would have no hesitation in recommending him to my clients, and regularly do so."
"Richard and the team displayed a detailed knowledge of the matter and were fully familiar with even the smallest details. He also showed a very commercial approach to dealing with the case. Very responsive. Happy to explain anything. Very easy and pleasant to work with. Thank you."
