Claire is a legal director and has been a qualified solicitor for 18 years. Before joining Hagen Wolf, Claire was a partner and head of dispute management at Lupton Fawcett.
Claire acts for both commercial entities and individuals, in respect of a range of property related disputes including contested lease renewals, residential possession proceedings, rights of way disputes, adverse possession claims, dilapidation claims and leasehold enfranchisement claims.
Claire’s clients include commercial and residential landlords, individuals, corporate occupiers and property developers.
Claire has built a reputation for providing practical, cost-effective advice and assistance, irrespective of the nature or the value of the dispute.
Outside of work Claire enjoys playing netball, running and as an antidote to both of those, reading and eating chocolate.
