The role:
Under the supervision of qualified solicitors, you will manage your own property dispute cases, with a particular focus on residential landlord and tenant matters.
You will support colleagues at all levels of the business ranging from partner to trainee with a variety of administrative tasks. This will include the answering and triaging of incoming telephone enquiries.
You will work as part of a very close-knit, collegiate team. Stakeholder management and the ability to work with senior team members, including partners and directors, is therefore essential.
At Hägen Wolf we are passionate about being experts in our field and therefore provide each of our team members with over 120 hours of tailored inhouse training covering the wide spectrum of topics involved in property litigation and disputes.
Your experience:
You will have strong academics, with at least a 1st or 2:1 undergraduate degree (though it does not need to be a law degree). You are ambitious, and motivated, with a particular interest in property litigation and disputes.
Our preferred candidate will have experience of either working in a law firm, or in a customer-facing role in the property industry, for example at a mortgage provider or a letting agency.
Ideally, you will have recently passed your LPC, although the LPC is not essential for the right candidate.
Working at Hägen Wolf:
As part of Hägen Wolf’s specialist property litigation team, you will benefit from:
• A competitive salary.
• 30 days of annual leave.
• An annual bonus scheme.
• Private Healthcare.
• Tailored training as part of the HW Academy amounting to over 120 hours in training per year.
• A regular calendar of social events. Recent examples include a taster menu at Six by Nico, attending the Leeds Beer Festival, and a day out at Masham Farm.
• The opportunity to give back by supporting our annual charity initiative, with fundraising events and drives.
